At Dyoart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 90-day return policy for most items.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns or refunds if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • We sent the wrong item

  • There’s a customization error (e.g. incorrect name or design)

  • There are quality issues

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is customized and there is no quality issue

  • The item is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • The return is requested after 90 days

  • You changed your mind or ordered the wrong size without product defects

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at service@dyoart.com within 90 days of receiving your order

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

  3. Items must be unused and in original packaging

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the issue is caused by us

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–6 business days after we receive the returned item

  • PayPal refunds typically take 1–2 days

  • Credit card refunds may take 3–7 business days

Cancellations

  • Customized orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours. After that, production begins and cancellations are not allowed

  • Non-customized orders: Can be canceled before shipping
